This probiotic is decent! I ordered it to normalise female microflora. The impressive blend of 38 strains with 50 billion CFU caught my attention, particularly for the strains beneficial to female health. After a month of taking it at night, the discharge noticeably decreased, coupled with improved intestinal function, making me recommend it!

This has helped me significantly. A doctor advised me to take estrogen for an age-related women's issue. However, feeling uncomfortable with estrogen, I searched the iHerb site and found this product. Within days of starting it, the symptoms I was experiencing lessened, and now I have no spotting at all. It's great that I only need to take it once a day, as I have trouble remembering to take more than that. I’ll be ordering more before running out.

I ordered this probiotic after trying the women’s probiotics from the same company. It works considerably less effectively for some reason. Not highly recommended.

I placed an order for these probiotics on September 22 and received them quickly. I've been using this microbiome for two years now and haven’t faced any gynaecological issues since. I highly recommend these for women with gynaecological concerns, as they effectively restore vaginal and intestinal flora.
